first you get a plastic plate and you fold it in half. You cut it in half and take 1 half. Cut the middle part out. Get many colored markers. Draw any pattern you want. Use a hole puncher to punch both ends of the plate and put some string through each hole. Then the teacher can help you tie a knot in each end of the elastic string.
