Firstly my major is project management, and I work as a project manager for construction industry. i need to be responsible for the whole process of the construction, from the design phase to completeion, then hand over to our retail operation department, during the while process I need to coordinate the design firm and local vendors and make sure the design can be passed the gov’t approvement after deisgn confirmed we need to process a tender, we need to select the vendor from our vendor list, and we need to find the best price and a good quality vendor.
