Vocabulary

one mouse, two mice – Mice is PLURAL,    MOUSE is SINGULAR

one cat, two cats – Cat is SINGULAR,        Cats is PLURAL

eg: Two mice are by the cat.


preposition – short words (Go, At, To, From…..) that can tell us more about the thing.  direction(go where), location(where at), or time(when)

eg: If you learn a new word, you should always learn the preposition with it.

For example:    Go

Go to:      I go to school at 7.          I wanna go to Disneyland.      I don’t wanna go to Disneyland, because I think it’s boring.

Go with:     I go to the supermarket with my mother on the weekends.           I can go with you.

Go together      We go to the park together.                       We can go together, it will be fun.

PRACTICE:

The cat is between the blue mouse and the brown mouse.

The brown mouse is next to the cat.

Where is the blue mouse going?

The blue mouse is going from the city to his house.

He is taking a train from the city to his house.

I take a bus and a train from here to my home.

The blue mouse is going under the bar.

This brown mouse is jumping over the bar.

There is a brown mouse on the ball.

There is a coffee cup on the desk.
