warm you up – make you warm

eg: Running can warm you up.

eg: Can eating ice cream warm you up? No, ice cream is cold.

warm up something – make something warm

eg: Can you warm up this tea? It’s cold now.

eg: I want to warm up my hands, they are cold.

eg: My hands are warmed up.

have to (do something) – Bi Xu zuo shenme,    You must do something

eg: I have to do my homework before class.

eg: Sorry, I have to go to the bathroom.

don’t have to – you don’t need to do something

eg: You don’t have to eat that, if you don’t want.   If you want, that’s ok too.

eg: I don’t have to go the bathroom now.

sissy – bu li hai de,  boy or man

eg: I’m not a sissy.

jerk – a person who is not nice

eg: Don’t be a jerk.

idea – xiang fa, something you think of

eg: I have an idea. Maybe we can have ice cream for dinner.

That’s not a good idea.
