Strength (N) –

eg: He has a lot of strength, he can pick up a car.

eg: I don’t know my own strength.

increase (V) – to add more or do more

eg: They increased his salary, so he makes more money now.

reduce (V) – to take away or do less

eg: They reduced his salary, so he makes less money now.

medicine ball – a heavy ball for working out

eg: Sometimes I do 3 or 4 sets with 10 to 15 reps.

eg: Sometimes I do 10 reps with the medicine ball over my head.

eg: When I’m on the moon, I can lift 50 medicine balls.

Bar – a long round metal piece

eg: I put 2 plates on each side of the bar.

eg: This bar weighs 15 KG.

eg: The Olympic bar weighs 15 KG.

Pyramid – a building, that has 4 sides and they all come to a point on the top.

eg: Egypt has the biggest pyramids.

eg: China doesn’t have any pyramids.

eg: The Louvre is a giant glass pyramid.
