Dear All,

There only few backpacks are ready today, and the backpacks have not been packed in cartons.

The main defects are stitching defects, have asked the factorty to improve stitching.

I found the top ends of should straps without bar tacks(our signed sample also without bar tacks), and the bottom ends of should straps missed back-stitching compared with signed sample. I did a 10kg, 1000times Jerk test in factroy, after testing the backpack not damaged and not broken

I aslo found the end of Hook-and-Loop fastener is too short, users are not easy to hold, and very eady to hold the “HooK”, I have asked the factory to increase the lenght next time.

Dear All,

There are only few backpacks  that are ready today, and the backpacks have not been packed in cardboard/carton boxes yet.

The main defects are the stitching defects, and I have asked the factory to improve the stitching.

I found that the top ends of shoulder straps  are without  the bar tack stitch (our signed sample is also without the bar tacks), and the bottom ends of the shoulder straps is missing the back-stitching when compared with the signed sample. I did a 10kg, 1000 times Jerk test in the factory, after the testing the backpack was not damaged or broken.

I also found that the end of the Hook-and-Loop fastener is too short, it won’t be easy for our customers to hold a firm grip of the fastener, because they will be holding the “hook” part, I have asked the factory to increase the length next time.
