Cyclo (Shaanxi Bei Lu) (Vietnamese restaurant)
Named for the ubiquitous pedicabs that shamble about Hanoi and Saigon, Cyclo is a casual Vietnamese eatery owned by a father and son team. Offerings are largely Vietnamese standbys like bo luc lac (wok-seared beef), cha ca la vong (turmeric roasted carp) and some really tasty noodle soups.
