Thanks for your message. We are delighted to share our experience with you about AA on IP protection work.

We haven’t signed a formal MOU/agreement with AA yet but we’ve had warm contacts and interactions with them since 2016, including their legal team and investigation team. We discussed a MOU signing in 2017 but didn’t put it into practice as we didn’t get sufficient feedback and concerns regarding AA.

Based on our experience and understanding, AA have a dedicated team to initiate offline administrative and/or criminal enforcement proactively since last March. They are willing to work with the rights owners on enforcement. And they worked on analyzing some successful criminal cases for cosmetics and food brands.

We are always happy to support your work within China. We would like to propose a face to face meeting between us to discuss this case and further cooperation. The Suzhou Forum would be a good opportunity if AA will join as well. If AA is not there, I can set up a meeting with them separately if you think its necessary.
