quantum physics – study of the extremely small physics and sub-atomic particles

atom – was believed to be the smallest thing in the universe, split the atom to make a nuclear bomb

…prone – when added to a word it means it is often or common

She is so accident prone, she is always getting hurt.

scale – comparative size, to scale, means life size

eg: Scaling the model up to full size will be pretty complicated.

mitigate – lessen or reduce the effect of something

eg: Airbags mitigate injuries in car accidents.

fickle ADJ. – will often change, likes change

eg: I’m really fickle I can’t decide which sport class to take.

publicity – getting public attention, being in the news

eg: Quantum computers could just be a publicity stunt.

bit – Binary system can only be a 1 or 0
