That is a little difficult because my mother always do some strange things at home. She always offers candy and incense in front of statues.

I saw an old man , he is surgeon at work  / in the operation room
In the second scene he is at a bank and wants to maybe get a loan but the bank closes when it is his turn. He feels frustrated.
He then goes to a restaurant and the waiter brings him food and he feels disappointed because there is so little food.
He is at home and plays a board game with his grandchildren and wins.

all of this was not real but after he drinks Pepsi he feels fantastic and that feeling may be real.

It is a ad about the drink.
They tell you maybe the feeling is good.

I don’t like this commercial.
Coke increases your sugar level.

Eve bites the apple and they realize they are naked / suddenly suffer from being naked.

A squirrel gives them an avocado.
it makes the world better and they all live naked in NYC.
