Self-Introduction to new colleagues

Hello, everyone, I am Justine. It’s my pleasure to join Haitong International Securities Group to work with all of you. My previous working experience was mainly in fashion and luxury marketing, including but not limited to, audience analysis, marketing strategies, budget planning, CRM, branding, digital marketing and etc. I worked for top 3 luxury groups, LVMH, Richemont, and Kerring and help them build up the digital and CRM ecosystem.

In some coincidence, some expert-networking companies approached me and connected me with the investment banks to share my industry knowledge to investors, through which I understood better about the business models. Later we become friends and exchanged insights from different perspective regularly. Thus, I was very interested in the financial industries and now I am also working on the master degree in Financial EMBA program in Fudan universities to systematically learn the financial knowledge. I hope I can maximize all my experiences and resources from business schools, and from my previous industries to help the team to achieve the business goals together.
Last but not least, I have broad interests in arts and sports, such as: dancing, yoga, diving, interior design, and passionate about trying new things. Feel free to reach out to me to do something fun together after work.
