When I had the interview they promised I would be rotate in the corporate function and then I would be assigned to some brand but due to some reasons.
Someone in that division leave the company and other people are junior and want someone senior to take the work so he asked my boss if she is willing to give me to him.
He was the boss of my boss so she agreed.

At first I was ok I think there are some advantage to be ACB division controller.
Because I didn’t touch e-commerce.
I think it is something new and very good but after I did the hand over I realized it is all very detailed work.
It is low value.
One of my ex colleague told me Sephora CFO wants me to go back.
Maybe they are discussing internally.

My CFO likes me but they cannot give me that salary but they said if I go back from L’oreal maybe I can negotiate with HR.

I stayed in Adidas for 4 years and Sephora for 2 years. every time I jump I have strong reasons.
I think the work is quite similar, they are both big companies and they have their advantages but also a lot of disadvantages.
I wanted to learn more about big business.
it was a fantastic company from business wise.
They don’t care about the company itself but their own benefit.

I think it is a good opportunity for me to be one journey in my career.
But actually I found if I did what they offered me it is really good but now things changed.

I always went to SH library be the volunteer.
for some work that is related to poor person, there are a lot of disabled kids leave there and we went there maybe once every two weeks
And I feel very happy when I do something like that because I want to feel the love between people.

I feel when you are just a kid you have beautiful dreams but then you will be beaten by the reality.
SH also has held the world swimming competition.

through that you can learn things and observe people.
There are too many people in China so the competition is fierce.

I began earlier than all my classmates and got a good offer when I graduated.
It was a cloud computing company and 10 years ago it was fantastic.
I did the internship for more than 1y.
I learned a lot of things.
Then I began my master degree and during the master I had no time to do internship work to focus on my paper.
Then I did an internship in good year and he told me you are the first intern to ask me such professional questions.

I failed in college entrance exam. A lot of companies select students because of university.
They interviewed me with English and the CFO asked me about oracle.
I think internship was a good start.
Then I had a good offer for Adidas.
At that time there was 1k students applied for the position and that was me.

I can do every work very well, the work I like cannot enough money.
my spending is not very high compared with same age girls but I have kids to educate and education fee is expensive.

The public school is cheap but every time you travel with the kid it is expensive. For the hotel they ask for extra fee for kids.
they are 50% off for the full price.

bad unis will limit your views because of the circle you are.
You have limited resources. / alumni network
