I think the stress has 2 sides. It is good but not too much. People maybe get compassion when they get some stress but too much may create mental problems and 0 stress.

I think the stress has 2 sides. It is good but at a certain point is becomes too much / some level of stress is good but too much stress can cause many issues.
People may show compassion when they see others under some stress but too much may create mental problems and 0 stress is not good either.
