Our job sometimes requires standby so they felt they didn’t have the personal life.

Before he was more focused on the job but now he wants to balance work and life.
Experienced people mostly want to balance their life.
Most of the time we want them bring the best practices for us but we didn’t see the successful cases.
some people grow up with the company but they didn’t have any experience in outside markets so their knowledge is limited but when they try to hire outside company employees it is hard to understand our business and it is hard to get them to develop more initiative.

they don’t trust Chinese team so they keep hiring Canadian Chinese but this type of employee is hard to understand the Chinese market. They grow up from Canada and have strong English skills but didn’t really understand the Chinese culture.
We had 4 heads but it didn’t success they already be fired.

when I want to request something they are hard to accept advice or suggestions.
I am trying to use the same logic to persuade them, otherwise they can’t understand.
