Several years ago, I felt my cervical vertebra and lumbar vertebra were hurt, so I went to the gym and found a personal trainer, but until now, I finally met a good personal trainer. Before I have used 4 and there were all men, I thought they were not suitable for me. I’m a serious woman and I really want to my body get better, but they looked like didn’t get my point and there wasn’t obvious progress on my body, so sometimes I had quarrel with them.
Now, I changed a good personal trainer, and she looks very professional. She said she did exercise for 3 hours every day, and her body shape really looks good. She knew my problems and she can focus on the problems to fix it, and that’s really I want. She also very generous and she said I can took a video of the training, before I had asked my ex trainer if I can took a video of the training and he said no, and he told me that train was be protected and their company didn’t allow to do that, even I want to take a picture of the training items that he written on the note he also said no. I felt terrible about that and I think if a company’s employee so selfish and never think about the client the requirements that company wouldn’t be long, and I also think if he doesn’t change his attitude he also will not get success on his job. My new personal trainer is in the same company with my ex one, and her attitude is different of him, she really want to help me and she told me how many classes I should have in a week and if I couldn’t come she will give me homework to do, she want me take a video and do it at home. So I really like my new trainer and I want to keep training with her.
