How to keep healthy

Health includes mental and physical health, and sometimes they’re interacted, and they both control our body’s health. According to my experience that I was fighting to the illness last year. I think there are 3 important steps to keep our body healthy. First, we should know what is healthy and what is unhealthy. I guess a lot of people know the common sense, like eating fresh food, drinking a lot of water, keeping regular exercise, don’t drink too much or smoke, etc. But maybe there are a lot of knowledge about health we don’t know so we need to learn, and we can learn it from books or TV or internet. We also can learn something from the doctor or our friends or our personal trainer. As we have the knowledge about health, then we should do the next step is following the idea to do it. The third step maybe is the most important step which is we should insist doing the thing that we think it’s good for our health, and this also mean we should have strong self-control. Overall, that’s my thoughts about how to keep healthy.
