I learn English in English training center of smart English, and I hired a personal trainer in Willā€™s gym, and I go to beauty salon to clean my skin. Iā€™m their customer and I can judge their service. Iā€™m not sure because my main English teacher and beautician are also the owner of their place, their attitude are different of my personal trainer. Some times my personal trainer makes me get angry. For example, every time I will order my class before the last class, then she will order it on their booking system and I can get a message on my phone. The other day I had a class at 8pm and before the class began 2 hours. She sent me a message said today we had a rest without reason and explaining and just told me the result, and this wasnā€™t her first time do that. Before because of this I told her if she wants to cancel a class please tell me before a day. This time she still did this, so I responded your behavior made me uncomfortable. Then she said we can begin this class at 9pm and I said yes. When I arrived there I saw she just finished a class with another customer, so I knew that was the reason that she canceled my class. I think she doesnā€™t have contract spirit and has a big problem on communication. She also likes change time and every time the way she told me I felt uncomfortable. The way she told me like she is the king and she just told me the decision, never think about my time and my feeling, that made me felt she wasnā€™t respect me. I know she has ability to do her job well and also gives me a big help, but according her attitude I think I will not buy her class again.

I know she has the ability to do her job well and also gives me a big help, but based onĀ her attitude I think I will not buy her class again.
