Dear Emilla,

Firstly I just wanted to thank you for the opportunity to work with you at Yoga Room. I’m really looking forward to checking out your facilities and meeting the students when I visit next year.

As I mentioned to you during our chat on WhatsApp, I wanted to send you an email introducing my background and what my plans are for my trip to Belgium in the first week or so of January. At this point, I’m planning on being there for around 2 to 3 weeks from 5th-21st of Jan, but I will confirm the dates with you beforehand.

Let me also give you an idea of what my specialties are regarding yoga training. The 4 main classes that I would like to offer you are:

Introduction to Ashtanga
Flow – all levels
Basic yoga
Gyrokinesis-Yoga Flow combination

My standard fee for these classes is 550 RMB per 60-90mins class.

I am looking to have at least 6 classes per week on average during the 2-3 weeks, with a 3 hour workshop on the last weekend of the trip. I would be keen to take more classes than that, so just so you know – I am quite flexible regarding the workload.

In terms of the flight and accommodation arrangements, I am more than happy to cover the flight costs but would be really appreciative if your studio was able to assist me by covering the accommodation expenses. Please let me know if this is possible as it would really help me to make this trip happen and allow me to possibly come back to your studio in the future for similar trips.

Over the next 5 days or so until Sunday I will be running my teacher training course until 5PM Shanghai time every day but am available to chat after hours should you like to follow up with me on any of the details. Otherwise, if you’re free next Monday I would love to catch up with you over skype and discuss this further.
