Recently people who live in Shanghai are suffering the rainy days again. It has continued more than ten days and will not stop in next few days based on the weather forecast. Rain and high humidity make people uncomfortable. However, normally during these seasons, the weather and temperature is very wonderful. We can enjoying the sunshine, the gentle autumn wind blowing and the osmanthus fragrance, etc.
The heavy rain caused my kitchen leakage last night. It was so terrible when we got this kind of tough issue. I gave a call to property housekeeper and they could go my home to fix this issue after two hours.
But I can’t wait for two hours since the leakage was continuing. So I decided to find the root of leakage by myself firstly. I brought a high chair, some tools and flashlight, then tried to open the ceiling. Finally, I found the leakage point. There was a big exhaust pipe from the external wall to outside. The seam between the pipe and the wall is not sealed so the water was penetrated. I don’t have any tools to fix this issue so I put a basin up in the ceiling.
