She always treats him politely / well and is very understanding when he goes through some problems or needs help understanding a task / some work . John feels very lucky to have such an amazing boss / manager.

Synonym (n): 1- a word or phrase that has the same or nearly the same meaning as another word or phrase in the same language.
E.g.: The words “small†and “little†are synonyms.

Ambitious (adj): 1- having a strong wish to be successful, powerful, or rich.
E.g.: She’s an ambitious young lawyer.
