Several days ago i went to Beijing to join a friend’s wedding. This is the first time I went to a chinese traditional wedding. There was a big variety and rituals and as a brides maid I needed to help the newly weds to finish the ritual. I think it’s too hard to me so I feel nervous. There was some ritual like that I needed to send the stick to the groom and show the red dates and another nuts to the couple, and so on. Cause Chinese traditional wedding is serious than western wedding. There was many rules you need to do so I feel pressure but at the end we finished all the rules perfectly. What a nice wedding.
Several days ago i went to Beijing to join / go to / attend a friend’s wedding. This is the first time I have been to a chinese traditional wedding and it was held in the middle space of a traditional style Beijing housing complex. There was a big variety of rituals and as a bridesmaid I needed to help the newly weds to complete the ceremony. I thought it was too hard for me so I felt / was nervous. There were some rituals that / which I needed to pass / give / hand the stick to the groom, show the red dates and other nuts to the couple, and so on. Cause Chinese traditional weddings are more serious than western weddings. There were many rules you need to follow so I felt pressure but in the end we finished the whole ceremony / everything perfectly. What a nice wedding!
