I would like to welcome you to Beijing on behalf of everyone at Kohler. I’m so happy to have the opportunity to entertain you during your trip this Sunday. We have one day to spend sightseeing in Beijing, so there are several questions I would like to ask so I can know how to give you the best possible experience.

    • What time is suitable for me to pick you up on Sunday morning from your hotel? Perhaps around 8:30AM or 9:30 if you would like to sleep in.
    • Are there any places that you would particularly like to visit? I would recommend The Great Wall, The Palace Museum and the Temple of heaven. If there are any other places that you are interested in visiting, please just let me know.
    • Do you have any preferences in terms of food that you would like to try? Or are there any foods that you are not able to eat, like meat, certain nuts, or spicy food? (eg. vegan, vegetarian, allergies) Would you like to try the local cuisine or street food?

It is likely that we will do a lot of walking so I suggest that you wear casual clothes and sneakers to ensure that you’re comfortable.I hope you have a wonderful trip in China, and if you have any questions please let me know and I will be happy to help.
