A: Are you free after school today?
B: Sorry, I’m not free today.
A: How about on Thursday?

B: Yes, that’s fine.

A: We can play with my dolls house.

B: Great, I’ll ask my Mum.

*Asking about weather

A: What’s the weather like?
B: It’s windy.

*Adjective : a word which describes details or quality of something:

I have got a yellow dress. ( yellow is adjective describing the color of the dress)

I am happy.( happy is adjective describing how you are feeling.)

I have a beautiful sun hat.( beautiful is adjective describing the quality or the look of the hat.)

Pronunciation

If in the middle of the word, we have got “i” letter and at the end have got “e”, the letter “i”, will be pronounced as /ai/ sound:

bike, kite, nine, white, line.
if there is no “e” at the end, usually “i”will be pronounced as in:

sit, did

In writing and speaking, if we have several items( more than 2)  to mention, we must write comma(,) between all the words except for the last one which should be (and) between them:

For breakfast I eat bread, cheese, yogurt and fruit.
I like lions, tigers and elephants.
I like blue and pink.
