What is your biggest strength/weakness:
My weakness is I’m not very confident when I’m facing the people who I first meet. My strength is I know the whole chain of logistic work… many people are focused on just one part but I know the whole picture. I can work quite well with ..

My strength is that I know the whole chain of logistic work… many people are only focused on one part of the process but I know the whole picture. I can work quite well with all the sections of logistics. 

When somebody is on leave, I can support the daily work and I don’t need to handover with them.
For example, when someone/a colleague is on leave, I can support the daily work/takeover the daily work without a lot of help/handover work.

My weakness is I’m not very confident when I’m facing the people who I first meet.
My weakness is I’m not very confident during first impressions. I’ll be a little shy at first, but after a few conversations with them, I can conquer/overcome this problem. I just need a little time to warm up to them.

What is the ideal company/opportunity for you?
I want to leave V not only because I have to daily communicate with Italian people. The biggest reason is that I don’t like the style and design of Versace nowadays.

How important is company culture or people you work with?
It’s very important to me, because all the work is just the same in different companies. But the people you work with is very important. For the people I don’t like in my team, I think work is work, I just don’t get along with him after work. But during the work, I will treat him with no difference.
