Then I took my best friend out to a dinner to celebrate her finding a dream job in Beijing.

I had planned to go archery, playing basketball and swimming this weekend, but because of my arm injury, all that went to the wall.

Days when you can’t work out are quite boring.

I hope I can get well soon and keep going to the gym or doing outdoor exercises.
