2020 is marvelous for everyone. Because of coronavirus, work place, the most of the market, cinema and so on were out of bounds, the first quarter we almost stayed at home. Although we had to work from, we also had enough time accompany our family. I think it was an unforgettable time. In 2020, I continued to learn English. At beginning, I’m so shy that I can’t open my mouth to speak English, in contrast now I try to speak English in class. Even though, my English also is not good,I will studying hard. In 2021, I want to improve my professional skills and find a new job. I want to improve my expressive ability, I think It’s also good for my work. In 2021, I also will stick to learning English, until I can speak English frequently in class. The next year, I want to stop procrastination and learn manage my time. It can help to improve my work efficiency.

In 2021, I also will stick to learning English until I can speak English fluently in class. Next year, I want to stop procrastinating  and learn how to manage my time. It can help to improve my work efficiency.

Recently I faced a trouble on work.  My leader told me I like a just graduated student.  I think maybe my work is not good, so she said this.  She told other college-gu.  In fact I don’t know what’s wrong with me.  I feel not good and I think I should carefully with my work.

What exactly makes you say that?  Do you think my design is poor?  Do you think I’m not a good communicator?

The things I design–this is just my style.  Everyone has a unique style.  If you don’t like it, or if it’s not YOUR style, then I don’t think it was appropriate for you to say that.

If you have a problem with me, then you shouldn’t have gone behind my back and gossip about me.  As a team leader, you have the responsibility to talk to me directly if you have issues with my work.  What you did was highly unprofessional.
