I believe everyone has stress in our life. Too much pressure make people to feel frustrated, but a little stress can improve your ability. Because it can push you to find some ways which handle your problems. However, we can’t decided amount of pressure that we can have. Because of this, we should find own way to release our over pressure. The best way I think is meditation. When your do it,you would find nothing is your business except what you are doing. Doing meditation need you pay attention to it. After achieved it, you would feel better than before and have better motion to continue to deal with poor work.

Doing meditation needs you to pay attention to it. Afterwards, you would feel better than before and be in a better mood to continue to deal with poor work.
