Use the vocabulary from today in some writing about dealing with stress from your job.

Vocabulary

how to say / how do you say – what is it? / what’s that word…? / what’s the word for…?

paper work – only used for printed paper

business – anything that makes the company money
eg. I got the company a lot of new business this year

meditation
eg. do some meditation

therapy (n) / therapeutic (adj)
eg. making coffee can be therapeutic = making coffee can relax me and help me to deal with my problems

crash / freeze / break / die
crash = stop and restart
freeze = stop for a moment
break = physically has a problem
die = battery too low / totally can’t use it
