VIP Class Notes 21st April (Jesse) [W]

I started running in the morning these days, because I got sick and this made me realized healthy was very important. So I decided to run everyday. Before I woke up at 7:30, but now I wake up around 6am and sleep around 11pm. I went to a stadium to run and there were many people to go to there to take exercise. Running made me full of energy and I felt I wasn’t lonely. At first, I couldn’t run too fast and too long, sometimes I had to stop to walk because I felt my stomach ache. After one week this feeling was gone.
Last Sunday, I employed a professional trainer because I felt my neck and lumbar were hurt. Last Tuesday when I went to gym a personal trainer volunteered to talk to me. I knew he wanted to sale his class. He said my body shape and posture were not very good-looking and these cause my body not good. I thought he was right and my body really felt pain so I decided to book some personal classes.
