HR operations is more about employee lifestyle. But BP is totally difference, because it’s more focused on the business and you need to know the business going on. And the other department need to communicate with our department , kind of like the headcount they need other departments need, depending on their KPI.

We have three BP teams. Our HR team is really big than other companies. One is FBP (fragrance, beauty products) (…), the other one is office. We are different with other companies. They focus on the personal KPI but we want to focus on team work.
