my staff to make some activities perfect. I think I am a good leader. When they meet some problems, I was very willing to help them and teach them use a good way to finish the job.
My shortcoming, I think that sometimes I cannot control my emotion. I think a good HR manager must be stand on the side of the box.

I successfully led my staff to make the activities organized, on-time, and professional. I think I am an outgoing leader. I am always willing to listen to their ideas and feedback. When they needed my help, I was very willing to aid them and teach them a new solution to solve the issue/problem.
My shortcoming is that sometimes I cannot control my emotions. I think an exceptional/talented HR manager cannot be stand on the side of the box.

My first job is an administration assistant in Toshiba Shanghai branch. I worked there for 2 years, then I left because I found a good, new job / chance to work as an HR assistant… (Japanese company)
I think I have more than 10 years admin and HR experience in Japanese companies. I am very familiar with Japanese company rules and culture. I have some HR certifcates which is some company needs.
