I took a influence how to increase or improve your influence at this noon.
Today/Earlier today, I took a class about how to increase or improve your influence at noon/12pm.

Then I took a test of my influence score, I got a really high score. So, I think I can give the example of good influence on my customer decision.
Then I took a test to see/find out how influential I am and I got a really high score. So, I think I can influence my customers when they make decisions.

What are your strengths?

First, is I’m good at influence my customers when they make decisions. When I joined in Pfizer I need to face a different types of hiring manager, they have different opinion regarding the offer proposal. But, for perspective, I want to align the same salary range for the same background candidates. Then I drafted a more detailed salary range based on three imperatives: education, company background, and industry experience.

Second, I am a expert on the interview area. Third, I can adapt to change quickly/rapidly.
