On last Friday, I had an interview. The intention company and my current company are the same industry. The position level is higher. But I didn’t consider to accept this job. The reasons were that, one, the job contents have many things in common. Of course it has a little new things which is boutiques audit. As the boutiques cover all over the countries of China, it need to do business trips. This part of work is covered 30 percent of all the work. It means that I need to frequent travel. Two, the growth percentage of the salary is between 15 and 20, the rate has a little low. Changing the job has some challenges and uncertainties , the growth salary can’t make up them.

Changing jobs has some challenges and uncertainties , and the increased salary can’t make up for them.
