Last night, I was up until around 3 AM. I guess it’s reason I drunk green tea all last afternoon. So in this morning,  I should drunk a cup of coffee with milk as usually, but I had bad shape. I didn’t want to get good status by coffee, i could not sleep at night again. I think maybe black tea with milk is a good choice. I check it how about black tea , it told me drinking it can change your tired better. at result, I drunk a few cup black tea.

Last night, I was up until around 3 AM. I guess the reason is that I drunk green tea all last afternoon. So this morning, I was going to drink a cup of coffee with milk as usual, but I was in bad shape. I didn’t want all that energy, or else I would not sleep at night again. I think maybe black tea with milk is a good choice. I checked online about black tea, I found out that drinking it can give you energy. As a result, I drank a few cups of black tea.
