Conflicts (con – flix)

Adapt: to adjust or modify, to adjust to a new environment.

Ex:  I have to adapt to the new situation.

Complex: (adj) complicated, has many working parts.

Ex:  Insurance is a complex business.

Complicated (com – plih – kay – ted): difficult to analyze or understand.

Ex:  This problem is complicated./ Solving this problem is complicated.

Perplexed:  puzzled or confused.

Ex:  After our business meeting I was feeling perplexed.

Confused:  uncertain, perplexed.

Ex:  I was confused by what you said.

Stress – eat:  eating food because you are stressed—usually junk food.

Stress – shopping/ Stress – sleeping

Fluffy:  light or airy.  (usually you talk about soft things—fur or a blanket – your hair)

Today I read an article that describes the breast cancer,it says there are variety of factors influence this disease,but the most large part is our mood. If we are down,the illness will be more easier to appear to attack our body . I was moved by it and thought that when I was angry ,I shall think about this and then calm down.
So how do you control your mood?
