Open F2F Class Notes September 25th (Ben)

I went to the health insurance center to apply for a new card this afternoon as I lost it a few months ago. I was informed that this business would be only open during weekdays despite the health insurance center is open during weekends.
In my opinion,public service provided by fundamental institutions should be open to public everyday and then people can fix their own business when they are free on weekends but not busy weekdays.So I just made a trip in vain.

In my opinion, public service provided by fundamental institutions should be open to THE public everyday and then people COULD handle their paperwork on weekends when they are free INSTEAD OF busy weekdays. So I just made a trip in vain (=for nothing).

I went to Smart English only after I booked the class. (good)
