I had a headache.

The trust both my client and me

I worked with the client from one luxury brand, it is terrible for our cooperation. When i found this issue and I told it with my supervisor. The biggest problem we summarized is that the client don’t trust me and I was labeled that I am not the person who can do the decisions.

On my opinion, there were two aspects, which led it happened. Firstly, when we find any issue about scope of work , which I can not do the decision. At that time , i need the help from my supervisor. So for client , my supervisor is the decision person. Secondly, when something I can handle it by myself, I want to solve the problem with client by myself. But after I reply it , my supervisor will say it in another way.

In my opinion, there were two aspects, which led to this situation. Firstly, the client believes my supervisor is the person taking decisions, as when we find any issue about the scope of the project, I need help from him. Secondly, my supervisor often contradicts me in public after I handle things and try to solve problems with the client by myself.

Even when I worked until midnight, I didn’t think it was bad.

It’s a new chapter soon.

There is light at the end of the tunnel.

There are many problems, but it all comes down to a trust issue.
