Have you ever tried to lose weight?
Yes,I had tried to lose weight. When I was a teenager, I was really slim. I remember I was 46 kg and 160 miters tall. After 18 years old, I liked to eat snacks and eat foods in the night after I went to sleep. So, my weight grow up to 60 kg. I tried to diet and have diet pills, but it was not work for long time, even two months. Nowadays, this question are not bother me.
