1. It’s a small city in HeNan province which lies in the middle of China. It’s history goes back about eight thousand years, and according to historical records, the founding hero Yellow Emperor was born there.
2. In my hometown, a large celebration to commemorate the Yellow Emperor is held every year on the 3rd March, during which crowds of people including politicians and celebrities come to XinZheng to join the worship.
3. It’s a s simple and peaceful city, most people who live there doing the common jobs, such as office workers, public servants, teachers and doctors. People in there are simple and hardworking, so they’re still able to live happy and rich lives.
4. I’d lived there for 20 years which was the most simple period of my life. Of course I love my hometown, but I would say it was a good place to live rather than now. Instead of plants, the common things to see are buildings and cars. The traffic and the city planning there is terrible as a result of its large population. Moreover, the large numbers of people living there means the children will have a hard time during their student years.
5. I live in a serviced apartment in Shanghai. Though small in size, about over 25 square meters in total, it’s equipped with complete facilities including bedroom, kitchen and washroom.
6. I’ve lived there for 7 months since I left Beijing.
7. It’s a quite good place to live, because it has living facilities in my own room, like fridge, air-conditioning and water heater, and treadmills in the lobby for the public, which is pretty convenient to work out.
8. My apartment is a quiet cozy place to live, it would be better if it gets to closer to the downtown with the same rent.
