I wanna 3 differences between traditional marketing and digital marketing.

There’s 3 differences that I really see in recent years between traditional marketing and digital marketing, one of which is consumers can get information of brands in time and anywhere on the internet. And that brings a big challenge for marketers, that we should pay more attention on the experience of our products and brand, because people can talk about their brand experience on social media and once they have any unsatisfaction, they will post it on social media and anyone will see it.

So I think that’s the biggest challenge for us.

On the other hand we can leverage the social media to spread brand message in a easier way, but once you post your brand content on social media, which means your competitors aren’t just any brand anymore, but all the contents online, which asks brands and agencies to create more premium content, which is more valuable for consumers.

And the second one, which is also the biggest one is data. Before that, we don’t know how the wannabe consumers were satisfactory with our products or brands. But now we can not only know their brand experience but also they consumer behaviors, interests and even lifestyles. So this kind of data, we can almost know the clear profile of every consumer and push them the content that they are really interested in, which will enhance the content spreading efficiency.
