5,how do you manage yourself?
At the beginning of every year, I set up my annual plan. How to get grow up at work by myself is one part of my annual plan. The goal would be win and accomplish 3-5 projects pre year, establish good relationships with clients, and read some advertising books to enrich my value which let me not to be replaced. And also making the balance between working hard and healthy body.

6, what interest your most in your work?
How do you see this job developing?
Nike is a famous global brand, there are two useful platforms served for consumers.
I know that the local and global team work together, which is a good opportunity to work with other colleagues. Also, I love sport, I take exercise multiply, so that the profession training knowledge is another portion.

7, in what environment do you work best?
Describe your ideal working environment?
I prefer a work together team, every is open mind person who dare to show their thinking and discuses them with whole team. Surely, positive attitude is important also, I am full of passion that can share with each other.

8, why do you leave your last job?
I handled the annual planning and operation social campaign for Phillips and Braun at last company. The whole work were about content plan , prepare ingredients , take photos, edit it in the serves system and QC . Because the scope of the project was limited , my work became routing. I love challenges , I don’t like stay at comfortable zone.

9,what contribute do you make to team?
For work, I have more different parts adverting knowledge- media, account management, creative common scenes, which let me have foresight to avoid some issues when I get brief.
For team, I think that the grow up at work not only is myself, but also is me and my subordinates.

10, how will you help / benefit this company /help this company grow?

The following is my benefits, 1,using my excellent management skills to build good relationships with client and accomplish projects prefect. 2, finding the forte of my colleagues to help them grow up and get achievements , which also can reduce the turnover rate.

Is there any case study you love it ,why?
In the past 5years, I went through some key aspects of digital advertising. In the next 5 years, i want to focus on an aspect which is social. I think that social campaign not just send information on wechat and webo, but also to motivate TA share BGC and PGC to create UGC, and than brand pick up great UGC as new BGC.

This is the case of wangyi cloud music, who picked up best UGC as his brand content to design post launched in the subway. They want to resonate TA’s attractive in that moment and scene showed that wangyi cloud music is a comment community and there are lots of music can express TA’s voice. A special view!

Sometimes I hesitate because i am virgo, I always want to present great idea and propose to clients, so it would spend some time.

I handled the annual planning and operation social campaigns for Phillips and Braun at last company. The whole work was about content planning, preparing cooking ingredients , taking photos, editing content in the service system and QC . Because the scope of the project was limited , my work became routine. I love challenges, I don’t like to stay in the comfort zone.
