Approve: (verb) approved/approving

Eg.  I approve those changes to the marketing plan.

Eg.  My boss needs to approve the quotation for me.

Approval: (noun) the act of approving/ formal permission.

Eg.  I have to get approval for the changes to the marketing plan.

Eg.  After I get the boss’ approval I can send it to the client.

The process of the work

Yesterday,I sent my client the project quotation, but the response is that our price is more expensive. I re-calculated the price and sent to my boss to approval it again.I didn’t know this visual price if it will be approval by my client. Maybe it is the sense of frustration and anxiety, that’s why I was unhappy yesterday.

I think about this thing and summarize several issues:
1) I didn’t want to client think that why are you submit the quotation at the end of time, which time will be very urgent? It is means that are you pushed us to confirm it now?
On my opinion is that I need prepare the quotation after client confirm the Scope of work, but client ‘s confirm was just recently.
2) Why the price is more expensive?
Because we truly spent more time on propose the campaign idea,although more ideas was not good for client.

I’m very pay attention to client relationships, i am worried about these. I don’t know if the client will approve the price , I don’t want to influence client ‘s schedule, but this is the process of work.
