New colleague

A new art(A) colleague participated in our lifebuoy team recently, so today I want to talk about her. She is my colleague(B) ‘s old colleague, so according to A ‘s experience, B introduced A into our company.

After these days work together, I think maybe she isn’t suitable with our team.1,Because of her poor art skill, she spent more than 6hours to do a PIC, which is not satisfaction for us and she would waste us many time. 2,Because of her poor communication skill, she always use surely words to replay our suggestions, and even though we said more times , but she didn’t want to change the design.

This is my feelings, so I talked with her face to face yesterday. I don’t know if she got what I want to say, I just wanted to handle all issues and make the project on precess. But , maybe she isn,t who we want to find, not sure if she will be replaced.
