The content on social media
My wife took a new task which is a social campaign for a hand wash brand. The clients want their brand and content to be infectious and shared by people, so they required Damon and her colleagues to create some interesting stories which have to be attractive and would be likely to be shared. They created a suspense story which is based on a movie that tell a rich man suffered a series of horrible things and finally he found it is a surprising party planned by his brother. It is a good story but not suitable for the brand because the target audiences are women and women have less interesting with suspense stories.
I think a good social campaign should have a touching story, just like a brand video by SK II named “finally, they went to the marriage market†which talked about a social problem – leftover women. They interviewed some leftover women and their parents respectively, and the parents want their daughters to get married as soon as possibles, just because their friends have mostly be a grandmother or grandfather, but the daughter don’t want to get married so hurry as they haven’t found their Mr. Right. Finally, the staff invited the parents to a marriage market and they found their daughters’ thought about marriage be posted. I think that is a great social campaign.

Finally, the staff invited the parents to a marriage market and they found their daughters’ thoughts about marriage posted. I think that is a great social campaign.
