I had thought exercise is important than food I had thought exercise is more important than food.

Processed food:  any food that isn’t in it’s natural form.

Ex:  We shouldn’t eat processed food, because it’s not healthy for our body.

“You are what you eat”:  if you eat junk food, you’re going to feel like junk and look like junk.

Junk Food:  food that has no value, like chips, chocolate, soda.  — Snacks

Ex:  People like junk food because human beings rely on sugar.

Losing weight
Damon and me are both heaviest we haven’t ever. It is not only just about our appearance, but our healthy. So we decided to lose weight together through keeping fit and eat healthy. I succeed to lose my weight twice in my life. But I become fat after stopping exercise and eat a lot. Now I know losing weight is not a temporary task, but a task I your whole life. We should do it in a scientific way so that we can make this task be more effective. So I read some book and research something about exercise and nutrition. I’m told that food is much more important than exercise when you are losing weight. Eat food without processing and eat sea foot replacing meat. Balance the carbohydrate, fat and protein everyday and exercise two or three times a week. Control yourself not to eat fried food, junk food and something not healthy. You can lose your weight.
