Original –

I’m a secretary in a auto company which is selling the auto parts. Our head company is in mchenry in the US. This shanghai office has been opened for more than ten years. And the business was keeping growth. I join in the company last year. It moved to a new office after I joined in the company . So this year the board meeting will be opened in shanghai by next month,it’s the first time . And I am responsible to organize the meeting which made me feel stressful.

Correction – 

I’m a secretary in an auto parts company. Our headquarters is in McHenry, Illinois, USA. The Shanghai office has been open for more than ten years. The business kept growing. I started working there last year. We moved to a new office shortly after I joined the company . So this year we will have board meetings for the first time in Shanghai next month. And I am responsible for organizing this meeting, which stressed me out.

I’m working on organizing this meeting.
