buzz words – words that sound cool but often are meaningless to the audience

classy – classical / cool / smooth / sophisticated (adj)
eg. some actresses are very classy

part = stage

make a good communicates with the designer – communicate well with the designer 

redecoration < renovation < rebuilding 

mindset – the way sb thinks
eg. their mindset is different to ours

we made a nice space to the student – for the student 

help them reach their ambitions

7 month ago, I got a project about a middle school library .However, 3 month ago, the middle school stopped building cold turkey. The reason was that bureau of education has gave a sum of money to the school as separate two part. One for interior decoration and another for furniture. This afternoon, I met the furniture’s manager. He looks like a cold turkey and he gave me the cold shoulder when I told him to care about detail on design.
