Reject – when referring to an idea, it means to disagree with

Yesterday, I booked some things from online, but I cancelled my order because I chose wrong delivering time, and then I rebooked these. However, I found out my coupon had lost. It was not returned after I cancelled the order. It was unfair, so I called to the service centre. I told them what had happened and they explained that it just can use only once. Even if you cancelled the order, it would not get back. What a ridiculous it is! I definitely refused this reason because they didn’t tell me how I should use it in advance and there were no any details under the coupon. I answered him that it was unacceptable and asked him to give some club- points of equal value, if he can’t returned my coupon. He thought a while and appealed my suggestion. If there are no any problem, I will get back my club points in three days.

However, I found out that I had lost the promotion code (promo code); it was not returned after I cancelled the order. It was unfair, so I called the service centre. I told them what had happened and they explained that it can only be used once. Even if you cancelled the order, you would not get it back. That’s so ridiculous! I definitely rejected this reason because they didn’t tell me how I should use it in advance and there weren’t any details about the promo code. I told him that it was unacceptable and asked him to give me store credit of equal value if he can’t return my coupon. He thought a while and agreed. If there are not any problems, I will get store credit in three days.
