A: So how many people work at your company?
B: About half (of them).

25 people work at my company = my company has 25 employees

25 people work, but the other 25 are just wasting the company’s time

Q: What has four legs and an arm?
A: A happy pitbull.

to take off = to leave

E.g.
I need a little peace and quiet. I think I might take off on my own and spend a few days in a quiet place.

out of the blue = suddenly, with no warning or preparation

E.g.
She started throwing things at him completely out of the blue.

When things come up…

something will come up = I’ll find something

E.g.
1. I don’t have a new job lined up right now, but I’m sure something will come up / turn up. (I ‘ll find something)

2. I’m really sorry I won’t make it to your party tomorrow. Something has come up. (unexpected)

Original: 

Tomorrow will be my last day in my company. I want leave my company because there was some little problems between me and a boss that I don’t know. One day I wore a jean to in the office and he discovered me then he told that to our manager. In my opinion it is not a very big mistake. But maybe he didn’t think so. So I choose to leave. My colleagues are really kind person and they gave me a lot of useful suggestions. I really don’t want to leave them. But it is what I need to do. I think forgive this job is not a bad thing. I not really like my work, I think it’s boring, and I want to find what I want to do although it’s really hard for people to find a job that he or she really like it.

Edit:

One day I wore jeans to the office and he saw me and complained about it to our manager. In my opinion it is not a very big mistake. But obviously this guy didn’t think so. So as a result of that I chose to leave. My colleagues are really kind persons and they gave me a lot of useful suggestions. I really don’t want to leave them, but it is what I need to do. I think putting this job behind me is not a bad thing. I don‘t really like my work, I think it’s boring, and I want to find what I really want to do although it’s really hard for people to find a job that they really like.
