When I sold second hand items on a APP, several troublesome have happened. The first one is the shipping company had lost my goods, and it has been taken a long time to contact how to fix it, but I think they would refund without the shipping fee. The second troublesome was that I sold an Burberry umbrella a few days ago. However, when the buyer received the umbrella, she said it’s a fake. I totally couldn’t understand, because I bought it in Japanese department store before so that there is no reason that it’s a fake. And now she is asking me for returning it. I think it’s not easy to do a trade, and the customer is also very significant. If they are not satisfied with the items, I should get it refund without the two rounds shipping fee.
